Refund Policy

At Edunirva, we are committed to providing transparent and fair policies for our advisory services, including paid consultations, one-on-one sessions, premium tools, predictors, estimators, memberships, and related offerings.

Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment. By purchasing or booking any paid service, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of Services & Refund Eligibility

Our services are advisory and personalised — they involve dedicated time, expert insights, and tailored support. Once a session is conducted, access granted, or tools delivered, the service is considered fully provided.

    • Fees for completed sessions, consultations, activated tools, or delivered guidance are non-refundable.
    • No refunds are available for dissatisfaction with advice given, predicted insights, or final admission/counselling outcomes (as results depend on external factors like official authorities, NEET performance, seat availability, and your decisions).
    • Refunds are limited to specific cases below to ensure fairness.

2. Cancellation by User

    • You may cancel a booked paid consultation, session, or service up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund (minus any applicable payment gateway transaction fees, typically 2–5%).
    • Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable. The full fee will be charged as the slot is reserved exclusively for you.
    • For membership plans or multi-session packages: Once any part of the service (e.g., first session, tool access) has been delivered/activated, the plan becomes non-refundable. Partial refunds are not available for unused portions.
    • How to Cancel: Email us at support@edunirva.com with your booking/reference ID and reason. We will confirm the cancellation and process any eligible refund.

3. Cancellation by Edunirva

    • If we cancel a session/service due to technical issues, unavailability of the advisor, or any other reason on our end, you will receive a full refund (including any transaction fees) or a free rescheduling option (your choice).
    • In rare cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we may offer credit/refund at our discretion.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

    • Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, netbanking) via our secure gateway (Razorpay).
    • We initiate refunds within 3–5 business days of approval. The amount typically reflects in your account within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/card issuer; e.g., faster for UPI/wallets, up to 10 days for cards).
    • Transaction fees (Razorpay/bank charges) are non-refundable in user-initiated cancellations.
    • We do not offer cash refunds, partial refunds for completed sessions, or refunds for change-of-mind after service delivery.

5. Exceptions and Special Cases

    • If a service is not delivered as described (e.g., session not conducted despite confirmation), contact us immediately. We will review and may issue a full refund if the fault lies with us.
    • Chargebacks or disputes: We prefer direct resolution via email. Escalation to your bank/card issuer should be a last resort.
