However, final admission decisions rest solely with the official counselling authorities (such as MCC, state bodies, or institutions) and depend on multiple independent factors, including but not limited to:

    • Your NEET score and All India Rank
    • Category, domicile, and reservation criteria
    • Seat availability and matrices
    • Official rules, policies, and deadlines

We do not and cannot assure, influence, or guarantee any specific admission outcome, seat allotment, college placement, or result. Success in this highly competitive process depends on your performance, choices, and compliance with official guidelines — elements beyond our advisory role.

We strongly recommend verifying all information directly from official sources (e.g., NTA, MCC, state counselling portals) before making decisions.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: You may cancel a paid consultation or service booking up to [24/48 hours – choose based on your preference] before the scheduled start time for a full refund (minus any transaction fees). Cancellations after this window or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Completed Services: Fees for delivered consultations, sessions, tools access, or completed guidance are non-refundable, as services are personalised and time-bound.
  • Refunds Process: Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with advisory outcomes, as services are non-guaranteed by nature.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may be issued in full if we cancel a session/service due to technical issues or our inability to deliver.

All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways like Razorpay. We do not store sensitive card details.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, graphics, tools, branding, predictors, layout) is owned by Edunirva or licensed to us. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
